Google fixes 'critical' security hole in Chrome

With the release of Chrome version 2.0.172.33, Google has fixed a security hole that it considers critical. It can allow an attacker complete access to your computer.

Google did not go into details, but says that the flaw was discovered by their own security team, and more information will be released once a majority of Chrome users have patched their browsers.
